Daffodils in Kirkland, WA. |
Spring flowers, in a row. |
Book by Mary Fons, that's the copy I bought. |
Quilt shop in Kirkland, WA, 'Circa 15', very cool fabric. |
It's spring time in Kirkland, Washington. We stayed with our son and his wife and got to enjoy our 9 month old grandson, so much fun!
It rained and then cleared up off and on, perfect, not too much of either.
We saw old friends and got caught up .
I found time to visit the local quilt shop Circa 15 Fabric Studio .
There was a free 'Disappearing Nine Patch' tutorial going on so of course I sat in on that. Very well
done. I got a 20% off coupon for being in the class and used it to buy a quilt book.
If you're in Kirkland stop into Circa 15 Fabric Studio, you won't be disappointed.
Enjoy your weekend coming up and celebrate spring time.
I'll be by to visit!
Nice to see spring flowers!
ReplyDeleteWhat a nice shop!
ReplyDeleteIt is good to travel and see new shops, fast growing grandsons and daffodils, too.
Have a lovely spring!
Thank you , Queenie, I think your Friday Stitch Homework is amazing.
ReplyDeleteTalk about innovative!
I enjoy following you on your travels- just wish there were loads of quilt shops waiting to be discovered round here!
ReplyDeleteWhat a treat to see the flowers - they're a long way off here. At least we've had a few days of above-zero temps so there might be hope.
