Oddly enough, I had never eaten a 'raw' apricot until just a week or so ago. No reason why, because I do love them. Put the coffee on - I'm on the way for a piece of that promised pie!

ReplyDeleteI, too, have spent a lot of time making apricot jam. We got our fruit from a relative in the countryside. I also got two recipes for a cake and a tart, and they are lovely with coffee!
