What a great way to spend the day! I have happy memories of going to the Illinois State Fair with my family when I was a child.

Looks like great fun! Our local fair doesn't have much in the way of crafts any more, so we rarely bother to go.

the fair looks like so much fun. When I was younger I would not have thought twice about going on any fairground ride....now I just hold everyone else's coats while they go on and I keep my feet firmly on the ground!!
